About This Coffee

A washed, organically certified Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region, grown at 2100–2200 meters altitude on the Alaka farm. Produced by Metad, founded by Aman Adinew in 2010. The beans are Heirloom varieties (741110, 74112, 74140, 75227), hand-harvested from December to February 2024/25. Flavor notes include honey, orange blossom, milk chocolate, and citrus fruits.
