Kelloo Bensa Bombe #3 is an Ethiopian coffee from the Sidamo and West Arsi regions, produced by Tariku Kare Banata producers. Grown at approximately 2000 meters altitude, the Heirloom varieties are carefully harvested between October and January. This washed coffee undergoes controlled fermentation and drying, then is roasted lightly. The cup presents distinct and balanced notes of blackcurrant jam, walnut, and tea-like characteristics, offering a clean, fluid, and refined drinking experience.
