This Ethiopia Kokose is a specialty coffee from the Sidamo region, grown in the village of Kokose by 18 local farmers. Processed at the Logita station using a washed method, this coffee features the Ethiopian Heirloom variety. In the cup, it offers a clean and elegant profile with tasting notes of juicy orange, delicate coconut, and floral aromas. It is characterized by a light structure and fresh acidity, making it particularly well-suited for pour-over and other filter brewing methods.
