This coffee comes from the Lalesa, Gedeb station in Ethiopia, established in July 2023 by Ephtah, a women-led exporter committed to empowering women farmers. Grown at 2150–2200 meters above sea level, the coffee features the Heirloom varietal and is processed using Anaerobic Natural method. Roasted as an Omni profile, it is balanced for both espresso and filter. Flavor notes include tamarind, papaya, flat peach, hibiscus, green apple, and rum.
