This Ethiopia Limu coffee is grown in the western highlands of Oromia, Ethiopia, by various Sidamo smallholder farmers. The coffee grows at altitudes between 1500-1800 meters in the lush forests near the birthplace of Arabica coffee. It is processed using washed methods with wet fermentation and dried on raised beds for approximately 10 days. The beans are JARC varieties and local landraces. This washed coffee offers a flavor profile of plum, red wine, and berries, with floral notes and bright citric acidity characteristic of Ethiopian coffees, balanced by a naturally fuller body.
