About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Halo Beriti washing station in Ethiopia, founded by Mebrahtu Aynalem. The cherries for this micro lot undergo anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels for three to five days, where pH and temperature are carefully monitored before the beans are dried. This is the fourth consecutive year this lot has been available, with Mebrahtu selecting and training the farmers he works with to ensure high-quality cherry selection. The coffee is known for its floral, fruity, and complex flavor profile.
