A single-farm-lot coffee from Bette Buna's farm in Megadu woreda, Guji zone, Ethiopia. The farm covers 220 hectares of semi-forest and wild forest land at varying altitudes. Naturally processed — ripe cherries are hand-picked and dried on raised beds for 3–5 weeks, alternating between full sun and shade, then rested in sealed GrainPro bags before export. Sweet and highly aromatic with a complex flavor profile featuring notes of ripe plum and milk chocolate. Roasted for filter brewing.
