This Ethiopian coffee is sourced directly from Guji region at the Lensa Gari Station at 2350 meters altitude. The station was started 3 years ago by Fitsum and his wife Lensa, working with about 150 farmers. It is a Heirloom variety processed using the natural method, dried on beds for approximately 28 days. The coffee is grown in Guji's volcanic soil with high altitude and rich biodiversity. This omni roast has a taste profile of honey, blueberry, roasted hazelnuts, and milky body, with a cupping score of 87.
