Alemayehu Daniel and his eleven brothers produce this outstanding, dry-processed coffee on their family plantation in southern Ethiopia. The coffee has an intense fruitiness which allows it to shine as flat white or filter coffee. This roast profile was developed in collaboration with Alp Giray Tabakoglu, founder of AILA Coffee Roasters. Using his Aillio Bullet roaster, Alp carefully roasted 800g of beans per batch to achieve the target flavor profile.
