This natural-processed Ethiopian coffee comes from Durame Village in Kembata Zone, Southern Nations region, grown at 2,100 meters altitude. Produced by smallholder farmers using traditional methods and dried with the cherry intact, this Heirloom variety delivers bright fruit-forward flavors with notes of ripe blueberry, soft stone fruit, and jam, along with a round, sweet body. Equally enjoyable as filter or espresso.
Felix Roasting Co. was founded in 2018 by Matt Moinian in New York City, opening its first location at 450 Park Avenue South with interiors designed by Ken Fulk.
