Natural process Ethiopian coffee from the Aricha Woreda region of Yirgacheffe, produced by more than 800 smallholder farmers at the Adorsi washing station. Beans are dried on raised beds at 5cm thickness with high airflow and lower sunlight for approximately 28 days. Altitude: 1950-2150 meters. Variety: Kerume. Flavor notes include pineapple, grapefruit, and marshmallow.
