A natural-processed coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, grown by the Okoluu Farmers' Group — 33 farmers cultivating coffee trees aged 1–7 years at altitudes of 2,000–2,150 meters. The farms are certified organic, and farming practices follow traditional methods. Cherries are selectively hand-picked from November to January and dried on raised beds for 2–3 weeks. JARC varieties of Arabica. Flavor notes include floral, black tea, lemon, honey, peach, and milk chocolate. SCA score: 86.5.
