This is a washed Ethiopian single-origin coffee from Refisa Washing Station in the West Arsi district of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is sourced from 742 smallholder farmers in the villages of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Riripa, grown at altitudes of 2000-2100 meters. The coffee uses Dega and Wolisho varieties and undergoes an extended fermentation washed process with up to 60 hours of underwater fermentation. The flavor profile features notes of peach, lychee, bergamot, jasmine, gardenia flower, and lemon custard, with a sweet and full-bodied character.
