A decaffeinated single origin from Ethiopia's Sidama region, specifically from Abay Teka, produced by Alemu Adama at an altitude of 1750–1950 masl. This blend includes varieties 74158, 74165, 74110, and Heirloom. Decaffeinated using the CO₂ method, which preserves taste and aroma. Offers minimal acidity with characteristic Ethiopian notes of fig, Nutella, sweet biscuits, black tea, and cane sugar. Roasted omni-style for both pour-over and espresso, lighter rather than darker.
