A natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, specifically from the Shakiso area. Grown by various smallholder farms at altitudes between 1850 and 2300 meters above sea level. The coffee is the Heirloom variety, hand-picked during November–December harvest. Described as floral and "funky" with a juicy and intensely fruity character.
