A natural-processed microlot from the Shantawene washing station in the Sidama/Daye Bensa region of Ethiopia, produced by the Dukamo Bros. family operation. Grown at 1,900–2,000 meters altitude under natural shade with Heirloom varieties. The coffee offers a complex and elegant sensory profile with floral, fruity, and vanilla aromatic notes, low acidity, and a very silky and persistent body. GCB Score: 88/100.
