The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1500-2200 meters and processed using the natural method. It features heirloom Arabica varieties and is certified organic and Fair Trade. The coffee is shade-grown under indigenous trees and enset. This light roast exhibits tasting notes of blueberry, lavender lemonade, and raspberry.
