This coffee comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, sourced through long-time importing partners at Keffa Coffee. The coffee is carefully hand-picked, sorted, and dried on raised beds for 15-18 days using natural processing. It presents remarkable clarity and complexity of flavors, atypical for naturally processed coffees which often have muddled taste profiles. Tasting notes include strawberry, berry, subtle mango, black tea, and caramel with a creamy mouthfeel. This is a standout example of what the best natural process Ethiopian coffees from the Sidama region can achieve.
