About This Coffee

This coffee originates from Ethiopia's Sidama region, processed at the Keramo washing station at 2300 meters altitude. Only the ripest cherries are handpicked. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a wet fermentation of 72 hours, submerged in water with the fruit pulp still attached, producing a fresher and clearer flavour. The variety is JARC74112, developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre beginning in 1974. The flavour profile is delicate and balanced with floral and fruity notes, including pomegranate, black tea, and jasmine, with a bright acidity and sweet aftertaste. Light roast.
