A Grade 1 washed coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, processed through the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative washing station. Grown at altitudes above 2,000 meters above sea level, this coffee features heirloom varieties. Tasting notes include lemon, floral, Fuji apple, plum, and peach, with rose tea characteristics.
