This coffee originates from the Tebe Melge area within the Guji Uraga forest region of Ethiopia. The farms are located at altitudes between 1900 and 2300 meters above sea level. The trees in this area are among the youngest in the region, and the microclimate features long, cool nights that slow cherry maturation. The coffee undergoes natural processing to highlight the terroir of Tebe Melge. This coffee comes from a region that was once sold as Yirgacheffe coffee but is now recognized for its distinct character and unique profile.
