This is a single origin decaf coffee from Ethiopia, specifically from the Telila CWS (Coffee Washing Station) in the Jimma Zone, Agaro region. Made up of Ethiopian landrace varieties (74110, 74112, 74140), this washed coffee undergoes EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination. Grown at 2,000 MASL, it has tasting notes of Red apple, Fudge and Milk chocolate. Roasted to an Omni roast level, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
