About This Coffee

A natural-processed coffee from the Gedeb district of Ethiopia, grown by Tigist on her 5-acre family farm. The coffee is cultivated at high altitude with cool temperatures and rich loamy soil. Cherries are meticulously inspected, hand-picked, washed, and dried on raised beds for 10–20 days. Offers black currant, milk chocolate, and brown sugar notes with a dark roast profile.
