This Ethiopian Tokuma Decaf originates from the Agaro region in western Ethiopia at 2000-2100 meters altitude. Produced by the Tokuma group of producers using natural processing with Ethyl Acetate decaffeination, it features Heirloom variety beans. The light to medium-light roast showcases exceptional decaf coffee with flavor notes of chocolate chip cookie, orange, and pear. Best suited for filter brewing methods including Aeropress, Chemex, Clever Dripper, French Press, Hario V60, and Vacuum Pot.
