Ethiopia Uraga Guji Oromia Washed - Espresso & Filter

A washed coffee from Uraga in the Guji zone of South-Eastern Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers on plots averaging 1–2 hectares of inherited land, featuring varieties 74110 and 74112. Coffee cherries are processed at the Haro Wachu Station, where the washed coffee is fermented in tanks for 48–72 hours, then shade-dried for 3 days during the sensitive high-moisture parchment stage. Guji's long-untouched forest land contributes to the region's very fertile soil and excellent cup quality.
