About This Coffee

A washed coffee from the Wuri Station in Ethiopia's Gedeb District, Gedeo Zone, produced by smallholder farmers at 2050-2100m altitude. Indigenous landraces and cultivars are sun-dried on raised beds, hand-picked to zero defects, and screened to 15-16 size. City roast. Filter brews offer mild, balanced flavors with tea-like qualities, peach, and jasmine. Espresso shots feature juicy character with peach, jasmine, honeysuckle, and plummy finish.
