This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe lot from Aricha (Mr. Ashenafi & Mr. Dawit) is an anaerobic natural processed Kurume variety grown at 2000–2250 m. The cherries underwent 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation in vacuum-sealed bags, then were slowly dried for ~25 days. The light-roast coffee is bright and juicy with concentrated strawberry and peach notes, a subtle pink-pepper spiciness, rosé-wine-like character, and a smooth raw-honey finish.
