This is a single-origin coffee from Chelchele village in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,900-2,200 meters altitude. Shade-grown under native trees in fertile, clay-rich soil by smallholders using organic practices, the coffee is naturally processed at the Chelchele Coffee Station where only the ripest cherries are hand-selected and sun-dried on raised beds for 12-15 days. As a Grade 1 Ethiopian specialty coffee, it offers a clean, fruit-forward cup with a rich, sweet profile.
Born during the COVID pandemic from a simple popcorn popper experiment, New Beginnings Coffee is a Tennessee roastery with a mission that extends well beyond the cup. Founded by David, the operation has grown into a roast to order model where every batch is digitally logged and carefully profiled. A portion of proceeds supports charitable organizations, tying each bag of responsibly sourced coffee to a broader purpose. Currently shipping within the United States, this small batch roaster brings fresh, intentional coffee to a growing community of local supporters.
