Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb Honey is a medium-light roast coffee from the Yirgacheffe Werka Chelchele Station in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. It consists of heirloom Ethiopian landrace varieties, processed using the honey method. This coffee offers a full-bodied mouthfeel with vibrant acidity and flavor notes of cranberry, pomegranate, and plum, balanced by a honeyed sweetness.

Klatch Coffee was founded in 1993 by Mike Perry in Upland, California, and has grown from a single retail location into one of Southern California's most recognized specialty roasters.
