A single-origin washed coffee from Idido, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Idido smallholders at 2150–2300 m. Varieties include Kurume, Wolisho and native Ethiopian cultivars. Light roasted to emphasize floral and tea-like characteristics, it presents jasmine and lemon top notes, gingery spice and grapefruit acidity, with syrupy sweetness and a lingering chamomile-tea finish. Suited to filter methods as well as espresso and cold brew.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
