This coffee is from the Kochere district within the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,937 to 1,950 meters altitude. It consists of indigenous heirloom cultivars of 100% Arabica, processed fully washed and dried on raised beds. The light roast produces a bright, fruit-forward profile with tasting notes of strawberry, peach, and blackberry, balanced by smooth sweetness and a clean finish.
