About This Coffee

Yria is a natural processed lot from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced exclusively for The Underdog. The coffee comes from the Haricha Woreda farm in the Gedeo, Yirgacheffe region, grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1950–2150 meters. The variety is Heirloom. It is a 300 kg experimental lot offering a heavy, syrupy body and crisp acidity with notes of ripe strawberries, tropical fruits, and floral jasmine tones.
