Rio Brilhante is a natural processed coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Founded in 1984 by Inacio Carlos Urban, this farm spans over 2,350 hectares with 1,627 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. The coffee is made from Yellow Catuaí 62 variety, grown at 1,050 meters above sea level. The natural processing involves drying the cherries in thin layers on patios for approximately 23 days until they reach 12% moisture. The coffee features tasting notes of dark chocolate and prune.
