A naturally processed Pink Bourbon from Finca Villa Pastora in the Huila region of Colombia, led by producer Yulieth Mora. Grown in rich volcanic soil at high altitude in the hills of Huila, this filter roast (250g) offers a refined, elegant cup with flavor notes of honey, elderflower, and grapefruit — bright and floral in character.
Espressofabriek was founded in 2005 by Rick Woertman at the Amsterdamse Westergasfabriek, establishing itself as one of the first specialty coffee spaces in the Netherlands and pioneering the Dutch specialty coffee movement. From 2011 onwards, the team began sourcing green coffee and roasting their own beans, developing their craft to match their commitment to quality. The roastery has since expanded to three spots across Amsterdam, including spaces in IJburg and on Zeeburgereiland, each reflecting their philosophy of excellence in every cup. With two decades of experience, Espressofabriek remains a foundational institution in Dutch specialty coffee culture.
