The Tarrazu is considered one of the best coffees in the world, grown south of San José in the Tarrazú region on volcanic soil, surrounded by the Pacific coast. The Costa Rica Dota has a lively, multi-layered aroma with a dynamic acidity while remaining smooth. It is characterized as light with a fine acidity and a pleasant fragrance in the cup. It is directly traded and roasted at roast level 3 of 6.
