This coffee comes from producer Mario Jesús Rufasto's farm, Finca Churupampa, in Pariamarca, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level, the Caturra variety benefits from high elevation and cool mountain climate, allowing cherries to mature slowly. The coffee is fully washed and features flavor notes of milk chocolate, black tea, and wild berry jam. The farm achieved organic certification in 2021 and Regenerative Organic Certified status in 2023.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
