This organic coffee originates from a farming community in Jaltenango, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,500 meters above sea level, qualifying it as a Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee. The community, which formed in 2011, markets its coffee under the brand "Finca El Flamingo." The coffee is 100% Arabica, washed processed, and hand-harvested between January and April. It is espresso roasted and features flavor notes of caramel, almond, and red apple. Certified organic (BIO DE-ÖKO-001).
