This is a Pink Bourbon varietal coffee from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia, produced by brothers Diego and Alex Bermúdez. The coffee undergoes careful controlled fermentation with monitored temperature and brix readings. It features vibrant fruit notes with juicy fresh peach, elderflower, and smooth cane-sugar sweetness. As the cup develops, caramel and tropical yellow fruit notes emerge. The coffee has juicy acidity and a creamy body, with the farm's surroundings of plantain, banana, and fruit trees supporting soil health.
