This coffee comes from Finca Filadelfia in the Antigua region of Guatemala, produced by the Dalton family who has been growing coffee at this farm since 1870. The farm is situated at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,700 metres above sea level in volcanic valleys. This lot is 100% Bourbon variety and fully washed. The coffee features tasting notes of red apple, toffee, and dark chocolate, offering a smooth, well-structured, and balanced cup with beautiful clarity.
