About This Coffee

A Parainema variety coffee from Finca La Bendición, grown by Efraín Marquez in the Cantoral, Comayagua region of Honduras at 1,500–1,600 meters altitude. Processed using an anaerobic washed method: cherries fermented 60 hours without oxygen, then depulped and washed, followed by a 36-hour fermentation in sealed bags and 25–30 days drying on African beds. Light-medium omni-roast with flavor notes of star fruit, plum, apple, and toffee — layered, fruity, and sweet.
