This coffee is a co-fermented selection from Finca la Secreta in Colombia, produced by Juan Carlos Mejia. It is a blend of Pink Bourbon and Caturron varieties grown at an elevation of 1550-2050 meters. The coffee undergoes a washed and anaerobic lychee honey process. It is roasted to a light level, resulting in a balanced cup with flavor notes of sugar cane, dried tropical fruit, citrus, and floral characteristics.
