This coffee is a black honey processed single-origin from Finca Medina in Antigua, Guatemala. The farm was founded in 1842 and sits in the foothills of the Agua volcano at 1550-1800 meters altitude. It is grown in the Sacatepéquez region using the Caturra varietal. The coffee displays prominent notes of cherry liquor, juicy raspberry, and creamy chocolate fudge, creating a decadent cup profile.
