This coffee is from Finca Milan in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, grown at 1650 meters altitude by farmer Julio Cesar Madrid Tisnes. It is a Caturra varietal processed using culturing nitro fermentation, an experimental technique. The coffee features bright flavor notes of green apple, strawberry, and cinnamon syrup.
