This Geisha lot is grown at 2050 meters in the highlands of Tolima, Colombia, under the care of producer Duberney Cifuentes Faiardo. The coffee is processed using the washed method, reflecting a clean and structured profile. It offers a refined cup characterized by floral aromatics, crisp lemon brightness, and the gentle sweetness of peach.
Founded by Yanyi Xu, a micro roastery based in North London. Known for a gentle roasting style that preserves origin characteristics, with a strong focus on Ethiopian micro lots (floral, jasmine, bergamot profiles) and, unusually for the UK, one of the largest selections of Chinese Yunnan micro lots.
