This coffee comes from Finca San Antonio in Central Guatemala, grown at altitudes between 1,160 and 1,310 meters above sea level. Producer Antonio Pullin Pivaral has pioneered organic farming practices at the farm since 1992. The coffee is grown across 91.5 hectares in the shade of diverse native trees. The Caturra variety is washed processed. All work on the farm is carried out by hand with meticulous attention to detail. The farm uses no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, instead producing organic fertilizers using vermiculture and coffee byproducts. The coffee features flavor notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and citrus acidity with a medium roast level.
