This Ecuador coffee comes from Fincas del Putushio in Loja, Putushio region at 2222 meters elevation. Produced by Francisco Vintimilla, Jose, and Pepe Jijon using the Typica Mejorado variety. The washed process involves depulping on harvest day, 16-hour fermentation in mucilage, deep water rinse, and 30-day shade drying. The light roast displays grapefruit and gooseberry notes with honey sweetness and wildflower florals.
