Fine Robusta is a 100% Robusta coffee from Đắk Lắk, Vietnam, grown at about 600 meters and using the TR4 variety. The lot is processed with a combination of Natural and Honey methods and roasted to a Medium-Dark profile. Tasting notes list ripe tropical fruit, brown sugar, and dark chocolate. The coffee is noted as particularly suitable for Vietnamese Cà Phê Sữa Đá (iced milk coffee).
