Quintacoira Kaffeerösterei & Caffè

Quintacoira was founded in 2020 by Pasquale Sergi, bringing coffee roasting back to Chur for the first time in nearly 60 years. The roastery sits in the old town, where Pasquale roasts weekly and invites visitors to watch the process. Every coffee served is roasted on site, and guests can choose from four or five different beans and roast levels for each drink, ranging from light to dark. This approach gives drinkers unusual control over their cup, supported by staff who are knowledgeable about origins and preparation methods. Quintacoira has quickly become a reference point for specialty coffee in Graubunden, earning top ratings and a loyal local following. The operation reflects Pasquale's belief that coffee should be personal, transparent, and rooted in place.
