Foreman is a signature espresso blend with origins from Central and South America. This medium roast coffee offers chocolate and caramel notes with lower brew ratios, while higher brew ratios produce mild citrus acidity balanced with chocolate. The coffee performs well on drip but excels as cold brew and espresso. When brewed with milk beverages at lower ratios, chocolate and caramel flavors dominate.
Calioh Coffee was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Tom and Janine O'Neill, with a roastery in Camarillo and a retail café in Moorpark, California. All coffee is roasted on a Loring Smart Roast S15 Falcon, an energy efficient machine that produces 80% less emissions than traditional roasters. The range includes single origin coffees, blends, seasonal micro lots, and USDA Organic certified options, sourced through direct trade relationships and specialty importers. Calioh supplies wholesale to cafés, restaurants, and offices across Ventura County and is an active community partner through local events and fundraisers.
