A naturally processed coffee from the Cuatro Vientos farm, operated by the Solis & Cordero family in Santa Maria de Dota, Tarrazú and Central Valley, Costa Rica, at 1500–2000 meters altitude. Grown on a 6-hectare farm using Red Catuai and Caturra varieties, this sun-dried natural features extended dry fermentation methods. It offers a silky, tea-like body with notes of wild raspberry, banana yoghurt, rose petal, Demerara sugar, and butterscotch, finishing clean and elegant. Light roast.
